SD BoatworksChallenged America has chosen SD Boatworks in San Diego as our official “Rigger” for the 2013 Transpac race.

SD Boatworks owners, David & Julie Servais are San Diego’s premier big boat riggers and tuners. David sails professionally with Southern California’s top racing teams and is an expert in optimizing a boats potential.

David will focus on modifying our Tripp 40 B’Quest for double handed sailing with a custom made carbon sprit, Screen Shot 2013-02-13 at 12.27.49 PMemergency rudder, deck layout modifications, Softdeck and rig tune. David & Julie have been contributors to the Challenged America program in the past and we welcome them to our team.
